I did a lot of research before deciding which travel agency I wanted to join, and Magical Moments Vacations was always a standout for me. I had used one of their agents in the past to help plan my Walt Disney World vacation, and they were beyond helpful, kind, and full of great tips. They made my trip feel so special and made me feel like I was their top priority.
When I decided to take the leap and become a travel advisor myself, I reached back out to that same agent and asked a ton of questions. He never once discouraged me. Instead, he was incredibly supportive and encouraging. I had spoken with other agencies before, and none of them came close to the warmth and positivity I found at Magical Moments Vacations.
After my interview, I knew I had found my home agency. Everyone has been so welcoming, helpful, and always willing to go above and beyond whenever I have a question. The training program was fantastic, easy to follow, and full of real-world examples that gave me the confidence I needed to start my business successfully.
The management team is amazing too. I love the monthly Zoom calls where we can ask questions, share wins, and get encouragement to keep growing. I am so happy with my decision to join the Magical Moments Vacations family and I cannot wait for all the fun journeys and adventures ahead.
I joined Magical Moments Vacations in March of 2012 after 6 years with a host agency that was horrendous. I researched agencies for months prior to my transition. Jen has been an absolute pleasure to work with. She professional and honest. Working a MMV has been a delight. The relationaship and support of all the agents at MMV is incredible. They are always there to lend a helping hand. I hope and pray to be with this agency for a long time to come.
I have only been with Jen since late summer of 2012. After researching many host agencies, I chose to work with Magical Moments. Jen is very knowledgeable, patient, but most of all willing to help. Being new to the industry with lots of questions; she always makes the time to respond quickly! A great support system with fellow agents; who are always willing to help as well!
