I'm five months into my journey with Outside Agents. I chose them because they were the best value as far as I could tell, and the woman who inspired me to pursue this career recommended them after doing her research after having started with another company that was an MLM that she doesn't want to be affiliated with. I'm taking her to lunch tomorrow in appreciation for the recommendation, I feel like OA was a good fit for me. So far they've been pretty hands off with me, but that's kind of what I wanted while I got the business parts completed ... setting up the business, figuring out how to organize things, getting the inital training done and getting familiar with everything, getting my website set up, the whole nine yards, dang no wonder I'm tired, lol. I kid. Not really but OA made it so much better than it could have been. They will not hold your hand, don't expect that, I didn't even want that and suspect you don't either. But as you have questions, they will answer the ones related to their business. If it's related to YOUR business, that's all you. You are assigned a mentor after your initial training and because I'm still pretty early, I'm trying to get a feel for how that works. It's pretty incredible what a great system they have set up, for so many agents from so many backgrounds with such different levels of knowlege and experience. And they make it work. Oh, you need to know, they have a great system for handling pretty much any question you have that you can't find yourself. MOST of it is already documented and it's pretty easy to find your way around after you get the hang of it. But when you can't find the answer or you need something, you just submit an SOS ticket. Their SOS team is on top of it, they're quick with a response! I'm coming from a corporate background and am super impressed with their SOS team in comparison to the responses I've seen in the corporate world. I'm super early in and will come back and update later on. My advice so far would be to bet on OA and go for it!
I have thoroughly enjoyed Outside Agents so far! Highly recommend! They make it easy to use suppliers and i haven’t had to chase down any commission so far! I also enjoy the outside agents Facebook community to be able to easily ask questions and find suppliers I did not previously think about. Give them a try!
Outside Agents is an exceptional host agency. They provide incredible training and urge agents to expand their knowledge of our industry. The annual events, training and conferences are top-notch and provides terrific information to make all agents successful. Their SOS platform allows agents to make inquiries when it's convenient for us to do so, while giving OA the opportunity to research and respond. Shout out to Regina, who behind the scenes, is super responsive; as well as Jared, Ilan, Lionel, Stacey... the whole crew is AWESOME!

I have been with Outside Agents for many years, and this host agency has been a solid choice for me! Lots of education (online and in-person), a lot of preferred suppliers to choose from, and if I need help, I can call in to the home office, go into the Facebook group, or even text the VPs and president! And I love that they treat you like a business owner (I'm not one for hand holding.). Over the years, I have gotten to know many of the staff at the home office, and I love that they are friendly, knowledgeable, and I can kid around with many of them. If I could give my host more stars I would, but as I am limited by the platform, OA is a true 5-star host agency!!!
I love this host agency. They truly care. They have awesome service. They pick up their phone, reply to emails promptly, and really care about your success. The software works fine, and it would only be a minor thing to say sometimes all software can feel awkward when new, but you get the hang of it. Love their SOS feature and AI driven assistance model. They are a professional organization and have a very fair tier model structure for commissions that is refreshing so that you can set goals and achieve more for your business. 5 stars isn’t enough. Love OA.
I started my journey on December 23rd, 2023 when I signed up with my old host agency for a one fee of $99. They took 30% of my commission and offered no training, no support and no technology. They may be great for some but I need guidance, training, structure, and most of all support.
I analyzed my business at the end of last year and realized I was paying $439 a year for my website, and $39 a month for Travel Joy... I was putting out a lot with a little in return because I needed training and guidance to know where to even start.

At the beginning of this year I switched over and it was the very BEST decision I made for my business. I LOVE the training, I LOVE that I have a mentor, I LOVE that if I have a question there is probably a video in the training section. I love that I cancelled my yearly website for $439 a yr and I also cancelled travel joy because I like the CRM provided. Not only did I save money, I found a host agency that has my back.
