I'm five months into my journey with Outside Agents. I chose them because they were the best value as far as I could tell, and the woman who inspired me to pursue this career recommended them after doing her research after having started with another company that was an MLM that she doesn't want to be affiliated with. I'm taking her to lunch tomorrow in appreciation for the recommendation, I feel like OA was a good fit for me. So far they've been pretty hands off with me, but that's kind of what I wanted while I got the business parts completed ... setting up the business, figuring out how to organize things, getting the inital training done and getting familiar with everything, getting my website set up, the whole nine yards, dang no wonder I'm tired, lol. I kid. Not really but OA made it so much better than it could have been. They will not hold your hand, don't expect that, I didn't even want that and suspect you don't either. But as you have questions, they will answer the ones related to their business. If it's related to YOUR business, that's all you. You are assigned a mentor after your initial training and because I'm still pretty early, I'm trying to get a feel for how that works. It's pretty incredible what a great system they have set up, for so many agents from so many backgrounds with such different levels of knowlege and experience. And they make it work. Oh, you need to know, they have a great system for handling pretty much any question you have that you can't find yourself. MOST of it is already documented and it's pretty easy to find your way around after you get the hang of it. But when you can't find the answer or you need something, you just submit an SOS ticket. Their SOS team is on top of it, they're quick with a response! I'm coming from a corporate background and am super impressed with their SOS team in comparison to the responses I've seen in the corporate world. I'm super early in and will come back and update later on. My advice so far would be to bet on OA and go for it!
Outside Agents.com has been my host agency for nearly four years now, and I wouldn't consider making a change...I already have the best. I have to admit that when I was originally looking for a host agency and I found them, I was a little skeptical; that old adage that when something seems too good to be true, it usually is, kept playing in my head. Through the programs offered at Vacation.com, I have been able to grow my small home based agency. The valuable relationships that have long been established with Outside Agents.com provides members with top tier commissions and lots of opportunities.
I could talk about the merits of OutsideAgents.com for a long time, but I want to remind everyone that there are no sign up fees and no monthly fees. The commission payout begins at 80% to the agent and can increase to 90% as the agents business grows. Commissions are paid monthly and you don't have to worry about whether you are going to get paid.
Does it sound too good to be true? This time it really is true!

be given all the tools to succeed. How and when you conduct your
business is up to you. The only reason you will not make a
Outside Agents successful endeavor will be because of you.

Steve Muraca & Chad Burt work hand in hand to provide assistance with their cutting edge technology and sales & marketing backgrounds. So if you are an inexperienced home-based agent or experienced, Outside Agents will be a great fit. It is also important to be well respected by the travel industry and Outside Agents has great relationships with the cruise lines and tour operators! After months of research to pick a host agency, I chose Outside Agents after two phone calls which were answered directly by the owners. This was the best decisions have ever made! The training and support is phenomenal. The owners are personally engaged with their agents and answer any questions you may have. It is a no cost program with high commission payouts as well. It is an 80/20 split until you make $5000 in commissions and then it goes to 90%. I started in mid-March and have already cracked the top twenty in sales agents. I attribute this to hard work on my part, but mostly to the tools and support provided by the staff at Outside Agents. I cannot imagine using a host agency other than Ouside Agents.
