IS this company right for a new agent that is eager to learn the ropes, but can only work part time?

Are agents able to book groups directly through an airline and have access to ticket the group themselves without charging the client a ticketing fee?

But WHAT CRM is it? Proprietary or using ClientBase or AgentMate or something else? I'm asking because I do not like either of those two.

What CRM do you use? And is the cost included with your fees?
