Trevello is the very best in host agencies. It feels like a family more than a corporation, and the support is unparalleled. Any questions are answered efficiently and correctly, and the relationship with advisors by Head Office and management is nurtured constantly. The pay is always on time and is transparent as you can see commissions as they come in in real time in the Grasp system. I am extremely happy with Trevello.
Before joining with Trevello (Travel Professionals International at the time) I was doing my research of host agencies and was looking for who had the most support for their agents, having ZERO experience in the travel industry, and not the most travelled person in general.

I have been with Trevello just over a year and I cannot say enough positive things about the company. I was very nervous about choosing a host agency because I was brand new to the industry. I recently started with Trevello (Sept 2023) and my experience so far has been fantastic. The head office team are very friendly, always on top of things and super quick to respond to instant chats. Phone wait times are very quick or no wait time at all to connect with someone from Inside Sales. Every question is answered right away and they will spend as much time as you need to walk your through any process you are having difficulty with. Their partnerships are also fantastic and the agency has great relations with all suppliers. I would highly recommend them as a host agency for new to industry or experienced agents!
A great company to work with. They are very knowledgeable, experienced and very supportive. Every time I had a question, I always got the support and information whether from inside sales or on Trevello Central. I have never had a concern or issue that was not resolved very fast. Always very helpful to me. Monthly updates are very informative but fun at the same time, the executive time is really amazing. Love them.
I have been with Travel Professionals for the overwhelming majority of my 20+ years in the travel industry and love the company. I focus on selling and building luxury travel clientele and the partnership with Virtuoso is invaluable. They are a key to a servicing my high end clients and getting more. Couple that with the support from TPI head office team including our amazing ticketing department to assist with air I could not imagine working with any other host agency in Canada. The other TPI Advisors and Head Office staff have all become like family over the years! I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a host agency.

Making the transition from a long-time career in radio to travel was daunting to say the least. While I had a passion for travel with quite a bit of personal travel behind me, I truly had little to no knowledge of how the industry worked. From the moment I initially inquired about joining TPI, through their training modules and onto the complex web of training and relationships between suppliers, tourism boards, DMC’s, tour operators, and more, TPI has been supportive, professional, and helped me feel like a valued member of the family.
The Senior Leadership Team is exceptional, and each have years of direct industry experience. The Head office team have been patient and incredibly supportive while I was setting up my business and with ongoing support to my clients. Two other things have really impressed me regarding TPI, how much they are respected within the industry and it shows in my day-to-day dealings with suppliers etc., and finally perhaps the greatest asset of TPI may be my fellow agents. The way agents support each other is truly special and it’s easy to see why it is called the TPI family.
