What do you like most about TripDeskPro?
That I never have to switch tabs to find something. Client info, trip details, documents, payments — it's all connected. I open one booking and the whole picture is right there.
What are some areas of TripDeskPro's product that could be improved?
The onboarding took some getting used to. There's a lot packed in and it wasn't always obvious where to start. A guided setup walkthrough would have saved me a few hours of poking around.
What problems does TripDeskPro solve for you?
It replaced five different tools I was paying for separately. CRM, itinerary builder, invoicing, document storage, client communication — I was stitching them together manually and it was exhausting. TripDeskPro just does all of it.

What do you like most about TripDeskPro?
It's the first tool that actually matches how I think about my business. CRM, itineraries, client portal, commissions — one login, one monthly fee. I stop losing things.
What are some areas of TripDeskPro's product that could be improved?
It's early-stage software, so there are rough edges. Some of the advanced reporting features are still being built out, and the mobile experience is functional but not as polished as the desktop. The team ships fast though — things I flagged a few weeks ago are already fixed.
What problems does TripDeskPro solve for you?
Tab overload and dropped balls. Before TripDeskPro I had a CRM in one place, itineraries in another, invoices in a third, and commission tracking in a spreadsheet. Stuff fell through the cracks. Now everything lives together — client records, trip details, payments, and the client portal — so nothing gets lost and I look more professional to my clients.
