When I decided to become a travel agent, I knew I wanted to join an agency that matched my passion for adventure and innovation. That’s when I discovered LuxRally Travel, and honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better start.

What immediately caught my attention was their no-fee policy for agents. I’d done my homework, and most agencies seemed to nickel-and-dime their agents with various fees. LuxRally, though, was different—they genuinely want their agents to succeed without adding any financial hurdles. For someone just starting out, that was a huge relief.

But what really sold me was the technology. LuxRally isn’t just another agency—it’s a tech-driven powerhouse. The CEO, who built the platform himself, has created tools that feel like they were made for someone like me: someone who’s new to the industry but wants to hit the ground running. As a novice to the travel advisory field when I first joined LuxRally 14 months ago, I had my reservations about my potential for success. I quickly learned that when provided with the exceptional support, training and resources LuxRally provided, success can quickly be achieved.  I have been beyond impressed with the multiple and varied levels of support, including but not limited to, nightly virtual workshops (optional), frequent vendor spotlight sessions, sales trainings and Q/A meetings with David Eisen (Founder & CEO), whose knowledge is priceless.  

David also created our booking platform, Fastbook, which makes searching hotels & cross checking rates, extremely efficient. And he relentlessly continues to upgrade it.  Agents can search/book flights, excursions, transfers, insurance and soon, cruises as well; which allows the option to build a complete itinerary in one booking.

I can without a doubt enthusiastically endorse LuxRally Travel to both future agents and to anyone who travels.  Our Forbes endorsement is a validation of how passionate & hard working David Eisen and his wife, Courtney, are.  As well as the agents, who demonstrate exceptional customer service to their clients.

LuxRally has changed the trajectory of my career and life! I had several options to consider for a travel profession -- another agency (upfront fees -- no thanks) a franchise (fees & high failure rate -- not attractive to me), and an international startup (no support or foundation). Joining LuxRally Travel was the perfect launchpad for starting my business as a travel advisor -- and I started alongside my former career. You can absolutely build your foundation part-time before making a full-time commitment. Training is intensive and constant. I'm learning and growing every day with our CRM and platform, connecting with agents for conversation and community shares.

My experience with LuxRally travel began about a year and a half ago. I entered the industry with no experience selling travel and very little knowledge of brands and destinations other than personal travel. Through the amazing leadership team, extensive training and the collaboration of agents, I have grown so much in my knowledge and confidence to put together trips for my clients. The technology allows me to focus on the travel details and not spend hours or days quoting and building a trip to present to clients. The LuxRally booking platform/CRM is unlike anything I've ever experienced! David Eisen is constantly improving it for the betterment of the agency. It seems like there is a weekly introduction of a new feature or an improvement to a process. Very gratefully, I am on target to exceed my sales goal this year. Incredible founders and a CRM system that is absolutely next level which is only available at Luxrally. The Fastbook CRM has revolutionized the Travel Agent business by simplifying the client booking process along with the back-end accounting, allowing TA's to earn more money per booking than any other host agency. The team is incredible, the training is top notch and the founders work 24/7 to ensure their TA's are maximizing their opportunities.

I came into LuxRally Travel after managing travel at an executive and corporate level, and I knew I wanted to build something of my own, but with the right infrastructure behind me.
LuxRally Travel gave me that, and more. The training, the systems, and the relationships are what have allowed me to transition quickly from corporate into running my own business without feeling like I was starting from scratch. It’s very streamlined, which matters when you’re used to operating at a high level and need things to work efficiently.
The booking platform in particular saves a lot of time and helps you stay competitive with clients who are doing their own research. You’re not jumping between multiple systems trying to piece together options.
The Forbes Travel Guide endorsement is game changing, don't for a minute think that is simply a logo. It adds a level of credibility and access that genuinely supports the kind of client experience I want to deliver. From that endorsement and the relationships I have been able to create and access I have secured some of the most coveted ultra luxury reservations, in peak season, last minute, there is.
Training is strong, but it’s not handholding. You’re expected to move, apply things quickly, and build your business. Don't join LuxRally Travel if you want to be spoon fed and have a free ride. The intensity of training, not just at the beginning but every week, works well for me, but it’s definitely best suited to people who are self-motivated.
Overall, it’s a very modern, performance-driven environment. If you’re looking to build a serious business, wealth and want the tools, relationships, and structure to support that, it’s a strong fit.

I started with LuxRally almost a year ago and its been nothing but fantastic, the CRM we use allows me to give the best rates by checking in only one place instead of 10-15 different sites. The in depth training and sales meetings help drive you to dig deep and drive results to find clients and exceed their expectations. This company is fantastic and im so glad i found them, this side hustle has done so well for me, and im excited to see where it takes me in the future!

Before finding LuxRally, I spent several years with another host agency where I often felt like just a number. Since joining LuxRally, the level of support I’ve received has been phenomenal. I truly appreciate that the agency is selective about who they accept and that there are no starter costs or monthly fees—something that speaks volumes about the CEO’s confidence in the company and its success.
The training and marketing courses are far more advanced than anything I’ve experienced before. While the training is intense, it thoroughly prepared me for entering the luxury travel industry. I now feel confident speaking with potential clients, even when I haven’t personally visited a destination. I switched from another host agency to LuxRally and I am so happy I made the switch.

First, the training is second to none. I had already been in the industry for over two years. The training was so thorough and I learned so much. It prepares you to be able to handle almost any travel request. As a new agent, I can see how it could be overwhelming to some. I'm thankful I had a background because it made it easier to get through, but thinking of a new agent experience it is comprehensive and truly sets you up for success. My confidence in my business increased.

There are so many opportunities of support and resources from the community, vendor spotlights, and agent groups as you advance.

Sales Minimum
This is the first time I've had to focus on minimum revenue, let alone $50k. If this is a part-time hobby that you don't want to take seriously, then this is not the agency for you. At first it was daunting, but the goal is to make money and in the first month, I had already exceeded annual revenue from the previous year at the previous agency. It's a simple ask considering there isn't an initial startup cost or monthly payment, and the tech alone makes it worth it.

Tech
Included. Can it get any better? Yes. The LRT CRM is absolutely insane and it just keeps getting better and better. David is a beast at what he does and all of the features that we have access to at no additional cost is unbelievable. From being able to manage all of my clients, searching all rates in one place, manage accounting, and now the new feature with the customized trip itinerary...amazing.

If you're looking for a host agency that sets you up for success, I highly recommend LRT.
