I signed my contract with LuxRally Travel in March of 2024, and immediately immersed myself in the training they provide (free). Took my final assessment with excellent feedback (passed first time), and I made my first sell less than a week later. In August we had a fantastic event where we were able to meet vendors and spent time with other agents and grow professionally and develop some great friendships. LuxRally Travel is more than just a travel agency, it is a family. We meet at least once a week, and often times many people are meeting 6-7 times a week. You will get out of it what you put in, and often times more. They are highly supportive but demanding. You have to expect a lot from yourself, but we help each other out, because as we sell more at LuxRally Travel, we see that we get tools to make offering our clients better deals, and more options. Our CEO has created a freaking program that pulls from all the vendors and consolidators the other agents are using, but we only have to go to one spot. This allows us to offer our clients faster and more effective service. Clients get better deals, without me ripping them off by charging a fee, and I get more commission because they elevate their experience. If you are looking for a fantastic host agency, there is no other agency that can compare to LRT.

Oh yeah, over $170k in sales and over $30k part time, in 8 months, and there are others in the agency that are kicking my butt, so if you want to make money in a fun job, look no further.

I am beyond happy I stumbled on LuxRally Travel in my search for a host agency. I did my research and knew LuxRally was the company I wanted to work with. I am very new to the industry. I started my research into becoming a travel advisor in Jan 2024. (I have always loved helping others beforehand with travel.) HAR really helped me narrow down my choices. Having worked in sales for years, I was skeptical of the MLM schemes or the "free" this and that. I wanted to learn everything I could before choosing. I finally decided on LRT. Not only do they help train you (at no cost), everyone has been so supportive on the team. I know I do not know everything there is in the vast world of travel, however, LRT is helping me learn all I can to truly help the client with anything and everything. The weekly meetings, whether for marketing or "ask me anything" from the owner of the company speaks volumes. LuxRally Travel is making moves for the industry in the right way. If you are wanting to make this a career and not just a "discount TA hobby" you have to apply with LRT! We are trained to price shop with MULTIPLE vendors in a quick quote method. I have also loved being able to say that I do not charge service fees. As a new agent, I love not having to worry about that first objection and trying to value prop why I have to charge that. I do not have to worry about a monthly fee to pay, I did not have to worry about paying for all the education received so far.
