I did a lot of research before deciding which travel agency I wanted to join, and Magical Moments Vacations was always a standout for me. I had used one of their agents in the past to help plan my Walt Disney World vacation, and they were beyond helpful, kind, and full of great tips. They made my trip feel so special and made me feel like I was their top priority.
When I decided to take the leap and become a travel advisor myself, I reached back out to that same agent and asked a ton of questions. He never once discouraged me. Instead, he was incredibly supportive and encouraging. I had spoken with other agencies before, and none of them came close to the warmth and positivity I found at Magical Moments Vacations.
After my interview, I knew I had found my home agency. Everyone has been so welcoming, helpful, and always willing to go above and beyond whenever I have a question. The training program was fantastic, easy to follow, and full of real-world examples that gave me the confidence I needed to start my business successfully.
The management team is amazing too. I love the monthly Zoom calls where we can ask questions, share wins, and get encouragement to keep growing. I am so happy with my decision to join the Magical Moments Vacations family and I cannot wait for all the fun journeys and adventures ahead.
I absolutely LOVE being with Magical Moment Vacations! I joined this company because I love to travel and I wanted to help create magical memories for families like my own. The academy classroom is amazing, and their training program is very thorough! The commission rate is very fair and reasonable. If you're a first time travel agent, it's very user friendly and they really do an incredible job of making you feel prepared for the job! I highly recommend this company!
I was with a different agency before MMV and I am so glad I decided to make the change! MMV treats their agents like family and is constantly keeping us updated on the newest information! They hold many FAM's and trainings throughout the year to keep us informed and able to be the best agents for our clients!
I am so thrilled to be with Magical Moments Vacations!! I was with another agency for a few months before find MMV, and while I have no complaints about the other agency, MMV is nothing short of amazing. Why? They truly care about their agents and making the agency really feel like family. The support is incredible, the Academy is top notch and makes one who is new to this realm (such as myself) feel as though nothing can stop them from achieving their goals. The Academy has taught me so much and I was able to apply every lesson to my clients and sales right away. The commission is definitely fair and has room for growth, plus is paid very quickly to agents. The crew at MMV is on top of it with questions and concerns if any from clients, and are always there to help with a new booking. I am so thankful I applied to MMV when I did. I really do feel like I found the agency family I was hoping and praying for!!

Also, the Academy you complete when you are hired gives you all of the information you could ever ask for. The commissions at MMV are both fair and paid efficiently as well. Great company.....great support and agents that know their job inside and out. This company is truly a family; so supportive and encouraging. I love that we can all be miles away from each other but still feel as though we are neighbors so to speak. I felt welcome from day one! Love this company
I'm so glad this is where I landed. I have been with MMV for 6 months now and I've had an incredible experience so far. The training is great, ensuring that even someone without experience is set up for success. The commission rates are much better than other agencies and the support from management and other travel agents is incredible. They want you to succeed.
I joined Magical Moments Vacations in February 2023. The education has been thorough and provided me with all the information to be successful. I feel well prepared in the destinations I specialize in. The management team have been very supportive throughout my time in the academy. Looking forward to continuing in my position as a travel agent.
I joined Magical Moments Vacations in January 2023. I was immediately enrolled in their Academy program which is a 6 month program to introduce you to many of the necessary tools to book travel for prospective clients. The academy training has provided me with education about many travel destinations which reinforced some of the knowledge I had, as well as given me the tools to stay up to date with the latest information needed to provide to clients. The agency managment has been extremely helpful and nice to me as a new agent! No question has gone unanswered and they have been very supportive along this journey! I have used MMV to plan many of my vacations prior to joining their team so knew first hand what quality of company I would be joining. Payment of commission so far has been time efficient and seamless. I really look forward to working with MMV for many years to come!
