I did a lot of research before deciding which travel agency I wanted to join, and Magical Moments Vacations was always a standout for me. I had used one of their agents in the past to help plan my Walt Disney World vacation, and they were beyond helpful, kind, and full of great tips. They made my trip feel so special and made me feel like I was their top priority.
When I decided to take the leap and become a travel advisor myself, I reached back out to that same agent and asked a ton of questions. He never once discouraged me. Instead, he was incredibly supportive and encouraging. I had spoken with other agencies before, and none of them came close to the warmth and positivity I found at Magical Moments Vacations.
After my interview, I knew I had found my home agency. Everyone has been so welcoming, helpful, and always willing to go above and beyond whenever I have a question. The training program was fantastic, easy to follow, and full of real-world examples that gave me the confidence I needed to start my business successfully.
The management team is amazing too. I love the monthly Zoom calls where we can ask questions, share wins, and get encouragement to keep growing. I am so happy with my decision to join the Magical Moments Vacations family and I cannot wait for all the fun journeys and adventures ahead.

I have gained extensive knowledge over the last six months and know that I have lots of supports should I need it. Everyone is supportive and extremely quick to respond. Joining Magical Moments Vacations was the best choice ever. A friend who joined them 5 years ago told me all about how amazing they were to work for and she was not wrong. They offer 6 months of academy training so you are well prepared and learn so much. The management is beyond helpful and want you to succeed as do the fellow agents. I have been with Magical moments vacations now for 6 months and have learned so much about the individual suppliers. Having traveled a lot, it was nice to really get in depth knowledge and training for places i have already been, along with learning the new. What i really enjoy about this agency and what made me choose them, was that we were not charging commission (in most cases) to the clients. I love that it comes from the suppliers and vendors directly. I also like how extremely communicative the management is. They are so very responsive to your questions, and really enjoy what they do.
I have learned so much in the last 6 months while completing the mmv training! The staff is so amazing and helpful as are the other agents. Everyone is so willing to help and cheer you on. The training is extensive I feel prepared to help clients but also know help isn't far away if I need it.
I chose Magical Moments Vacations in part due to the extensive training program. I have gained so much knowledge during my training and fell well prepared. The environment is so helpful and supportive. I also feel like they are selective on who they hire and truly want people who will make the agency better!
In looking to make the move from someone that planned for family and friends for years to a verified Agent with a further reach to clients I researched different agencies. After speaking with a few I really loved what MMV had to offer as well as their culture. They offer a 6 month training program that really is so valuable and gives you a great base for your business. They also have pages set up for questions, connecting with your fellow agents, as well as keeping up with everything going on for your destinations.
Magical Moments Vacations has provided me with the tools that I need to be a successful travel agent. I researched several companies, and I was immediately drawn to their in-depth, but on the job training. I was able to learn while I earned, and that has been a huge confidence booster for me. The agency advisors are extremely knowledgeable and helpful and guided me through the whole process. I have attended one FAM and I have have two more scheduled. Meeting with the other agents gave me that immediate at home feeling that I was looking for. Jen Kistler and her team are amazing and I am so happy that I found this awesome agency.
