Advisors can interact with FastBook AI in real time, going back and forth to refine trips, adjust budgets, swap destinations, and modify components instantly—just like working with a human assistant.

Unlike generic AI tools, FastBook AI does not hallucinate. It is fully integrated into the FastBook booking engine and pulls from real-time availability searches, live pricing, and actual supplier data, ensuring that every recommendation is accurate, bookable, and based on real inventory.

FastBook also uses advanced selection algorithms to automatically identify the best room, rate, and supplier for each booking based on real-time availability, pricing, and conditions—helping advisors maximize value, improve competitiveness, and eliminate manual comparison work.

FastBook AI is embedded throughout the entire platform, helping automate workflows, reduce manual work, and speed up everything from trip planning to pricing, recommendations, and booking execution.

Advisors can build trips in minutes, recreate full itineraries from major tour operators instantly using real-time availability and pricing, or generate a ready-to-book, multi-city Europe itinerary in under 5 minutes.

The AI is not generic—it is customized to each advisor’s preferences, prioritizing preferred suppliers, hotel lists, and flight preferences first. This ensures advisors gain the speed of AI while maintaining full control over every recommendation and booking.

Trips are assembled simply by adding components to a cart, then turned into beautiful, instantly bookable Trip Proposals.

These Trip Proposals are visually rich and professionally formatted, with high-resolution images automatically pulled into the itinerary—no need to upload or design anything manually. Advisors can also add personalized comments and recommendations, creating a customized, high-touch experience for every client.

Clients can review their trip, explore options, and complete checkout whenever they’re ready. Pricing updates in real time, and the system automatically handles all required data collection during checkout—including traveler details, passport information, TSA data, and loyalty programs. Advisors can also track when and how often a proposal is viewed, providing valuable insight into client engagement and helping them follow up at the right moment.

LuxRally includes full CRM functionality, allowing advisors to manage clients, households, trips, and communications in one place. Advisors can set reminders, automate follow-ups, and schedule payments, ensuring no opportunity is missed. Automated payment schedules allow deposits and future payments to be collected without manual effort.

Client profiles are fully enriched and continuously updated. Passport details, TSA information, and frequent flyer or rewards program numbers are securely stored and automatically applied to bookings, eliminating repetitive data entry and reducing errors.

LuxRally connects to all major OTAs and over 50 supplier APIs, giving advisors access to 190,000 Direct Wholesale Hotels and more than 1.4 million bookable properties worldwide, with real-time pricing, commission optimization, and availability across suppliers.

Advisors have full flexibility over how they price and earn. LuxRally supports a mix of NET rates and traditional commissionable rates, allowing advisors to choose the best option per booking. With NET rates, advisors can apply adjustable commissions and even adjust refund policies, giving full control over margins and terms while increasing yield—often by 50% or more. For non-refundable NET rate bookings, advisors can get paid to their agent statement in as little as 10 days, dramatically improving cash flow. For commissionable bookings, LuxRally automates collections, while NET rates are automatically paid through the system, eliminating time-consuming billing workflows.

The platform is designed for both competitiveness and service. Advisors can create and share curated Hotel Lists, and LuxRally intelligently pulls from shared lists across the network when available. If no list exists, the system falls back to an in-house algorithm tailored to the client’s budget and preferences. Advisors also benefit from a Google Map view of real-time lead-in rates across all suppliers, with the best values clearly identified against retail pricing—helping them confidently price trips and avoid losing bookings to competitors.

LuxRally enhances the client experience as well. The platform can automatically send VIP emails to hotels, helping secure upgrades, amenities, and special recognition. For high-end bookings (typically over $1,000 per night), clients can be seamlessly handed off to a team of in-house former 5-star hotel concierges who assist with pre-trip planning and on-the-ground experiences—while the advisor keeps their full commission and pays nothing extra.

From a growth perspective, LuxRally includes a built-in influencer marketing platform and advanced lead tracking capabilities, allowing advisors to track exactly where bookings originate—including identifying specific campaigns or even individual pieces of content such as a YouTube video.

Security is deeply integrated into the platform. LuxRally is PCI-compliant and supports 3D Secure (3DS) authentication, adding an extra layer of verification during checkout while enabling liability shift—meaning in many cases, responsibility for fraudulent transactions moves away from the advisor and onto the card issuer, significantly reducing chargeback risk and protecting the advisor’s business.
