Fastbook AI has transformed how I research and present travel options, particularly when clients are still exploring ideas and need guidance narrowing their choices. The platform draws from a curated selection of trusted, high-quality properties and quickly generates tailored recommendations aligned with each traveler’s preferences (including their budget), complete with up-to-date pricing.
Although many travelers can use general AI tools on their own, this technology is purpose-built for travel advisors. It integrates curated supplier partnerships, live pricing, and smart recommendation tools, allowing me to deliver a more streamlined, informed, and elevated planning experience from start to finish.

Their CRM was purpose-built to streamline the client experience, from sending out professional quotes to securely storing customer information, setting reminders about payment and executing the process and the integration across their full suite of proprietary software is seamless. What are some areas of LuxRally Travel CRM's product that could be improved?
The one enhancement I'd love to see explored in a future update would be the ability to scan securely store identification documents, such as passports and driver's licenses directly within the CRM. Given the robust security infrastructure already in place this would feel like a natural integration to streamline the client onboarding process and reduce manual data entry. Not even sure if this is a viable option.

LuxRally CRM makes everything so much easier. We can add clients and send cc authorizations in seconds. All the client info flows into Fastbook (our booking engine), and helps us to book things so quickly without having to re-enter client info. We can also set it to charge a card before the due date and create payment plans. Our founder and CEO, David Eisen, is constantly improving and adding features as well!

What I love most about the LuxRally Travel CRM is that I have access to everything in one place. It's a platform that focuses on efficiency and it continues to evolve. I find myself have to go less and less to external, third-party sites because LuxRally Travel's system has it all. The quality I look for in any software that i'm loyal to, is growth. I want to know that the system is constantly being improved, new features are being added, the users are being listenend to and changes are being made to enhance the experience. It's easy, fast (considering all the work going on behind the scenes) and it keeps getting better with time.

Every software has it's bugs and areas of opportunity. What I've experienced is that as soon as something is brought to their attention, they immediately work to improve it. I can't think of anything at the moment but little things like, I perhaps being able to add a PDF of the client profile to the client file. I've also worked in the tech industry for 15 years now so I know there are priorities and they've honestly got bigger fish to fry. The improvements are creating more opportunity for user preferences. I know that will come with time.

It relieves the cognitive load of having to manually search for rates and book clients on different platforms. It makes accounting easy and mostly effortless. It solves a lot of problems that I don't even realize I don't have because I began my journey as an advisor with this tool in hand. Can't imagine doing the work I do without it.

As with any product launch, there will be bugs: and there were when FastBook AI was released. That said, in the time it took me to notice an error, omission, or something off kilter, David was already working on new releases and updates. In other words, updates are pushed so frequently that not even I can keep up with the improvements.

LuxRally doesn’t just improve individual steps in the workflow—it compresses the entire lifecycle of a booking. Less friction, faster turnaround, higher close rates. I've been incredibly impressed with the LuxRally Travel CRM and how much it has streamlined my day to day operations as a travel advisor. What stands out immediately is the ability to handle both air and hotel workflows in one place. Being able to search across hundreds - sometimes thousands - of rates per hotel gives me confidence that I'm presenting the best possible options to my clients without needing to jump between platforms. I can even add trip insurance quotes and tours and transfers. With the recent addition of an AI feature within our CRM, multi-city itinerary shopping has gotten even faster. The client facing tools are equally powerful. I can quickly send secure credit card authorization forms and itineraries in just a few clicks. Everything feels seamless and professional and is continually being added to and refined.

Features like built-in reminders and task tracking help me stay on top of every detail. The CRM allows me to take my business on the go and do almost all of my booking needs quickly from just my phone. I can focus my time on client relationships and industry education, not bouncing between 10 different sites. Cannot imagine working without it!

It is a very easy system to use, very accessible and has a great deal of functionality and integration that I haven't found with other CRMs. System upgrades are frequent and I haven't experienced any prolonged bugs or downtime.

Fastbook solves most of my problems but it is an evolving application, so more integrations would be welcome. While there is a small latency during quoting, it could be slightly faster for complex bookings.

It took a 5-minute demo of Fastbook (proprietary booking system) for me to know I wanted to be part of this agency.

It's efficient. A full itinerary can be booked in 20 mins or so, less if it's a repeat client. The use of AI has made it even quicker and simpler.

I have yet to see another piece of technology that offers full end to end client management to quoting. I can pull over 200 rates for dozens of properties in less than a minute. Those include direct, wholesale, and consortium rates. Allowing me to offer clients properties in an instant with the confidence that they will not find a better rate.

I no longer need to enter hotel bookings manually—they’re created automatically when I book my clients. For cruise reservations, I still have to input the information myself, but the process is now much simpler and faster.
